A list fruits you can consume often, the B list fruits eat in moderation (2-3 times per week), and the C list fruits are best avoided or eaten 1-2 a month. Generally, eating fruit as it is in season is not a problem. It is best to avoid all fruit juices and eat the fruit. Fruit juices contain very little fiber and are concentrated in the fruit sugars.
