Awesome Gluten-Free Bread Recipe

With the right recipe and ingredients, a loaf pan isn’t even needed!
This gluten free bread will bring you bread baking success!
DRY:
1 1/2 cups of sorghum flour
1/2 cup amaranth or teff flour or rice flour
1 cup tapioca starch
2 tsp xanthan gum
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal
WET:
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey/ or maple syrup
1 3/4 cups warm almond milk/ or Warm Water
1 tsp mild-tasting vinegar
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all of
your dry ingredients except the yeast. Set
aside. - Add all of the wet ingredients together then transfer to
bread machine. Add the yeast lightly
stir and let sit for 2 min to activate the yeast - In your bread machine,. Add dry ingredients mixture lightly on top of your wet
ingredients.
IV. Set your bread machine for a 2 lb loaf using
the gluten free option and dark crust setting. should be about 2 hours til done.
