Awesome Gluten-Free Bread Recipe

Delicious gluten free bread isn’t difficult, it just looks like it should be. In many ways making gluten free bread is faster and quicker than baking a traditional gluten bread.

With the right recipe and ingredients, a loaf pan isn’t even needed!

This gluten free bread will bring you bread baking success!

DRY:
1 1/2 cups of sorghum flour
1/2 cup amaranth or teff flour or rice flour
1 cup tapioca starch
2 tsp xanthan gum
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup ground flaxseed meal

WET:
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey/ or maple syrup
1 3/4 cups warm almond milk/ or Warm Water
1 tsp mild-tasting vinegar

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all of
    your dry ingredients except the yeast. Set
    aside.
  2. Add all of the wet ingredients together then transfer to
    bread machine. Add the yeast lightly
    stir and let sit for 2 min to activate the yeast
  3. In your bread machine,. Add dry ingredients mixture lightly on top of your wet
    ingredients.
    IV. Set your bread machine for a 2 lb loaf using
    the gluten free option and dark crust setting. should be about 2 hours til done.
