Meditation and the Path of Heart

The path throughout life gives us challenges. Our path will be forever undulated with series of valleys, humps and even some smooth sailing. It is through the highs and lows that we can learn to be conscious in Daily Living. What we do upon reflection will determine our path of heart. It is this life path that must be connected with our heart. The “path of Heart” is said to be in every breath. In a heightened consciousness we are aware of quality, texture and frequency of just the breath itself.

To live the path of Heart, is shown to us through meditation. There are many forms of meditation; sitting quietly like the traditional yogi has shown us, walking (active) meditation and breathing meditations. These can be taught and practiced by all.

Love is the basis of all of our activities in life. For example the capacity to Love self and have a loving free relationship with all life.We can learn to use the gifts bestowed upon us to serve, heal, create peace/happiness and Loving Kindness.

In this lies the answer’s: “Did I learn to let go?” “Am I living my path without regret?” “Did I live fully?” “Did I love well?”
