Ah sleep… something we all seem to struggle with at some time or other. Statistics show that sleep problems and deprivation is one of the highest health concerns of our stress out society. Insomnia is one of the most common conditions we see at Gaia Health Care.

Here are some quick tips to get you sleeping better:
